Thai Yoga Stretch


Thai Yoga Stretch is a form of yoga therapy that combines rhythmic massage, assisted Yoga poses, acupressure along energy meridians, and energy work. The massage recipient wears loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat on the floor. The practitioner uses hands, elbows, forearms, knees and feet to bring muscular and energetic relief during the session.  Thai Yoga Stretch helps heal both body and spirit and leaves the recipient feeling energized and deeply relaxed.
