Updated COVID Protocol To Keep Us All Safe!
Those who fall in the CDC’s list of at-risk groups are recommended to defer their sessions until the situation improves.
On the day of the session each client will be required to listen to COVID symptoms and respond by attesting to their current health and any suspected exposure to Covid-19. (If member does have symptoms, they should wait to enter premises until they have had no fever for at least 72 hours, other symptoms have improved, and at least 10 days have passed since their symptoms first appeared.)
COVID-19 symptoms include:
•Fever or chills
•Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
•Sudden onset of muscle or body aches not related to recent activity
•New loss of taste or smell
•Nasal congestion or runny nose
•Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
•New marks, bumps, rashes or other skin lesions (especially on feet)
We ask that each client wait in their cars in their parking lot until their appointment time. This is an attempt to limit multiple people in the hallway or on the stairwell at the same time.
Clients will also be asked to fill our a liability waiver.
Upon entering the office, client's temperatures will be taken with a touchless thermometer. And at the start of each day the EMERGE practitioners will also take their temperatures.
All clients will wear a face covering in the office during their session. Practitioners will also wear a face covering.
There will be hand sanitizer available for everyone within the office.
We will disinfect all surfaces touched by clients after use with antibacterial wipes, and will maintain our policy of sheets being changed between each client. We will also greatly increase our hand washing during and after sessions.
We will implement touchless transactions for payment.
We will increase airflow/turnover as much as possible (windows open if weather permits,the use of fan in the office to increase circulation, and keeping the door open between clients.
Used sheets will be stored in an airtight container outside treatment room until removed from the premises at the end of each shift.

In order to make safety a top priority, I have modified my cancellation policy. If you are not feeling well and need to reschedule your appointment, I request that you please let me know me as soon as possible. There will be no cancellation fees until further notice.
